Why have an online session?

A key benefit of an online session is that it enables you to experience Transformational Breath® in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.


We are certified specifically to deliver a modified version of Transformational breath® to ensure your online breathing session is a powerful experience which can enrich your life in many ways. These include helping reduce anxiety, helping you sleep better, and enhancing your wellbeing.

What do you need?

You need a reliable internet connection - we deliver our sessions via Zoom. You also need a place where you will not be interrupted; pets and children can be a little challenging sometimes!
Before a session, we will send you a health questionnaire along with a list of items you need, such as a yoga mat, blanket and pillows.

How does an online session differ from an in-person session? 

Many aspects of an online session are the same as in-person sessions: setting an intention, using affirmations, and using music to enhance the experience. At the beginning of each session, there will always be a breath analysis to see how you are breathing, which will help guide the session flow to open up your breath.


The key difference is that while an in-person session has a facilitator who uses hands-on techniques to help the breath open, in an online session, you will be guided verbally to perform adapted techniques on yourself. This means that you get to take a more active role in the session, which is a valuable skill to develop if you choose to practice self-guided sessions in your own time. Typically, the range of techniques is introduced to you in stages over several sessions so you can fully integrate them without being overloaded.


Also, you will receive a 10-minute follow-up call within two days of each session to check in with you.

           

What are the requirements for an online session?

We always want to chat with you before committing to an online session to check it is right for you. As a general rule, if you have never experienced Transformational breath® before, we would ask you to commit to three online sessions to learn the techniques fully.
