Radiant Breathwork

We created Radiant Breathwork because we believe strongly in enabling people to reconnect with their personal power, creativity and authenticity through the simple, natural and safe practice of breathwork. 

Kelly

I am a fully qualified Transformational Breath®️ Facilitator and Group leader with over 18 years of leadership experience in a high-performing corporate career. I am also a health coach with a qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have studied with Irene Lyon, a world-leading Nervous System Expert.


I am trauma-informed and deeply passionate about helping others to manage their stress and ability to self-regulate. I love to share breathwork with others and help them to find more peace and joy in their lives.

I am a fully qualified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group leader with over 20 years of experience within a wide range of corporations and creative agencies. I have a Psychology degree complemented by in-depth therapeutic training, and I am trauma-informed. I am deeply passionate about enabling you, through the power of breathwork and depth coaching, to unlock your fullest potential and live a life of purpose and meaning.

Why we find Transformational Breath® so powerful

  • The Transformational Breath® Foundation is an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. It was awarded ‘Best Complementary Medicine Organisation’ by the Institute for Complementary and Natural Medicine
  • The training is thorough; all facilitators, before certification, are required to complete 50 hours of case studies and attend a first aid course, and every year after qualification, they are required to do continuous CPD learning.
  • It incorporates other healing modalities such as toning, touch and somatic Integration.
  • It can be practised by yourself after a few sessions.
